He considers this sector to be the most important of the country’s economy and future growth. For the last fourteen years, Bret has worked as a senior loan officer and agent for several Southern California mortgage and real estate brokers. In that time, he has personally originated over $250 million in residential and commercial loans in California, Arizona, Hawaii and Nevada. Additionally, he has represented buyers for residential purchases, for both primary residences and income properties. Bret has emphasized his commitment to exceptional customer service and accurate communication throughout his career. Bret started his career at Long Beach Mortgage Company, one of the first dedicated sub-prime lenders in the country, at their corporate offices in Orange, CA.
