Personal Statement

When borrowing money today for a new home purchase or to refinance an existing loan, there are a multitude of choices you should be aware of. Knowing what those choices are, as well as the benefits and consequences associated with them, are essential to making the right decision. With over three years of professional experience, coupled with the Back Bay teams 50 plus years of mortgage experience, I make sure you have all the facts and information you need to choose wisely. Taking on a new mortgage is serious business. As your Mortgage Specialist, I am keenly aware of how important my service is to you realizing your dreams and long term financial security. I will manage your loan process properly, in a timely fashion, and with absolute transparency. From early strategic planning and finding you the best loan available, all the way through funding, I will be there working for you, every step of the way.

Background

As a second generation Southern Californian, I graduated from Newport Harbor High School, and attended UCLA and San Diego State University where I majored in Economics and Business. Following college I worked in the housing and finance business for three years prior to deciding to go back to school to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. I practiced for 12 years until physical health issues forced me to retire from the Chiropractic profession. I then worked for several years as a consultant specializing in mitigating workplace injuries prior to earning my Real Estate Broker's license and going to work with Back Bay in 2009.

I pursued a career in health care out of a fundamental desire to help people. As a doctor, I learned from mentors early on, to care for each patient with the same intention I would a member of my own family. Today, as a Mortgage Broker, I continue to operate with that same kind of intention, always working with your best interest in mind.
