After graduating from Cal State Northridge with honors, Dean joined World Savings in 1984. During his tenure, Dean was active in business development at the Company. In 1988, he pioneered World's Wholesale Lending Division and was responsible for developing their proprietary Preferred Mortgage Broker Training Program. Dean was also a member of the elite Golden Circle Society at World Savings from 1986 to 1989.

After numerous years on the wholesale lending side of the industry, Dean joined a local mortgage broker to focus on building his clientele. He utilized his business development experience to revolutionize the Company's lending practices.

In 2001, Dean co-founded Back Bay Funding & Realty, a boutique mortgage lending and real estate firm focused on relationship lending and client focused transactions. Over his 22 plus years in the mortgage lending industry, Dean has funded in excess of $3 billion in residential and commercial loans. Dean's unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to his clients have greatly contributed to his success. Over the years, Dean has been nationally recognized by several institutional lenders and banks for being one of the top loan originators in the nation.
