CHIEF TRAINING OFFICER
SR. MORTGAGE PLANNER
I graduated from UCLA in 1987, with a BS in Economics & Psychology. Even then, I was studying the understanding of why people spend money! After 20 years in the Corporate Retail environment, I decided to put my business savvy and expertise in analysis and spreadsheets to a better use. I became a mortgage broker with Back Bay Funding in 2003, and have usually enjoyed the experience. I most enjoy the financial mortgage planning aspect. I like to provide an analysis of your current debt obligations and recommend a strategy to maximize your taxable interest deductions and reduce your monthly outlay.
I take great pride in servicing my clients with the respect and service that I would demand. I offer recommendations based on your specific needs, but am very conservative in what I recommend. I believe that this honest approach has won me Orange County’s Five Star Mortgage Professional Award each year since 2010, along with Business Professionals Executive Who’s Who since 2013.

TAMARA WINK GALLEGO
I’ve been working as a mortgage lender for 14 years. I take pride in the fact that I run a low volume business. I don’t have any quotas to meet and that’s a good thing! In running a low volume business it means I’ve always got time for you, my client. I’m able to spend as much time as you need on you!!….explaining the loan process, researching loan programs and rates to find the best product for you and your long or short term goals, and communicating throughout the process with you and the team we’ve put together to close your transaction smoothly and on time. Understanding and trust are two KEY items in working with a lender to finance your home. Good communication helps this to happen. Interestingly enough, my college degree (CSUF) is a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. I’d love the opportunity to work with you.
ARUN M. ARYA
Having been in the Mortgage industry since 1991, I have had the opportunity to have extensive experience in handling all types of loan scenarios and have procured many successful transactions.
As your experienced and dedicated lending professional, it is my duty and responsibility to ensure my clients fully understand the home financing options that are available to them and to help guide them to making the best choice for their long term financial goals.
My mission is to provide the highest level of integrity and service in assisting all of our clients in meeting their mortgage needs.
I look forward to providing you with excellent service.
Service is what you should be looking for in a mortgage professional. Getting the best available interest rate and terms on a new mortgage is always a high priority, as it should be. Working with Back Bay Funding will assure you of securing this as we are capable of originating loans as well as brokering them with more than 30 different lending institutions.
It is equally as important if not more so, to make sure when you start the loan process it is with an institution that will ultimately approve your loan. This is why my clients are so pleased with my service. I am a low volume Broker that researches all aspects of every loan I accept to make sure we have the highest probability of success. There are a multitude of options to consider when structuring a loan. I am conservative, principled, and always do what is in your best interest. I make sure you are aware of all the options available to meet your lending goal so you can sleep soundly knowing that you have made an informed decision.
In college I initially studied business but ended up securing a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Biology. I followed this with Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and credentials as an Industrial Consultant and Certified Ergonomist. For long term physical health reasons I chose to pursue a less physical career. Over eight years ago I earned my Real Estate Brokers License, and certified mortgage lending credential and have been originating loans ever since. The one constant in my work, regardless of what I am doing, is that I do everything I can to serve and have a positive impact on the lives of my patients or clients.
I look forward to serving you.
In this complicated housing and financial market, it is critical that you work with a professional who also has the skills to be able to analyze your ability to qualify for financing and then advise you about the most attractive home loan products that are available…one who works with you to find and finance your PERFECT home! Whether you are looking to purchase your 1st home, 2nd home or refinance your existing home loan, having the right loan advisor on your side is essential to a successful transaction.

I have dedicated the past 20 years of my career to being a mortgage loan processor. I must say that I have had the opportunity to see and experience many different markets over this span of time. With these varied changes, being the best that you can be requires the ability and focus to stay on top of all of the regulation and product modifications, in order to be able to educate and guide your prospective borrowers. I am well versed in all types of mortgages; from Conventional, FHA/VA – Jumbo to Home Equity lines and everything in between.
I’ve always been a big fan of real estate. Whether it’s buying and selling or building and remodeling homes, real estate is my passion. It completes my life.
